Well I think it would be better to move a rerun of this race to the end of the championship to keep dates as they are

Not sure why there should be a call for a re-race? Any particular reasons out of the norm for GPB?

If there are good reasons for a re-race then I'm okay with that, but if it's just because a few got core.exe's then, NO, I wouldn't agree with a re-race because we all know that happens before entering GPB events and it's just tuff luck if it happens to me or anyone else no matter were you were placed in the race at the time. Just consider a core.exe as your bike giving up the ghost - bad luck but it does happen.  ;) :P

We can't call for re-runs of races after the event every time a few get core.exe crashes during the race or we'd be re-running races forever. Lol

It is not so much a rerun but a chance to do the race without the technical problems from my end. It is because the results did not get saved and quite a few could not make it.

It will not change the standings as I am going to keep the results that seem to be correct.

It is also after the last race on the calender so all stays as is.

Personally I'm okay for a re-run DD if it was down to results not being saved and/or couldn't be established from a replay, and the technical difficulties you were having....
I don't agree with the premise of re-running a race because some riders couldn't make time to attend, that's their choice and tuff luck as far as I'm concerned.  :)

As far as technical difficulties: like missing lap info and times as well as core.exe's; it maybe a good idea to keep note of what tracks do give problems during race events and also a list of those tracks on race dates that don't have any issues during events. Would be good for event organisers to have a list of trouble free tracks to use to help keep things running smoothly in the future(that's besides the issues you may have with GPB itself being unstable of course). It's just a thought.  ;)

A1 Ring is one of the best tracks for function

It is this beta that is the problem.

I have decided the First race result will be kept for fairness to podium holders and all who finished AND to hold the race again after the last race on the calender to give us ALL a chance to race on this great track with less technical issues and poor organization from myself.

Normally I would say shoot me but if you do then find someone to run the championship first lol.

Saved them after the race.  ;)
..using the export button on the results screen - then flicking to the quali results and exporting again.
Writes out .html files into an "exports" folder that's in by the the screenshots folders in MyDocs/etc..

It is getting to be a pain with the way GPBikes keeps laps and times. I am sorry if some feel they are done wrongly but it is a bloody mess until Piboso fixes this MAJOR BUG!!!

Haven't altered any results, only added Jerez and Brands results. But i can see on the results and all the writing after, that you should have been 4th.. will take a look but have to clear with DD before i change anything :)

In my opinion, wildcard riders shouldn't be allowed to take away points the officially registered champ riders would've taken. I've nothing against wildcard riders taking part in champ races but they shouldn't be allowed to take points by doing so.  :)

And Tchemi i think he also was a victim of the server crash. But it doesn't matter if wildcards doesn't get any points :)

Anyway this race need a remake, Lag + cores + DD crash, and just 8-9 laps... not a good final race imo.

Yes.

A Re-run could be unfair to some if they can't make the race because of short notice or something.

I would of course prefer a re-run too if possible to find a suitable day for most riders and especially those fighting in the championship.

On other hand this is racing sometimes. Races gets red flagged sometimes Because of weather, big crashes, oil etc. That is part of a race season. So if this was the final race, so be it. Just my opinion.

A real dissapointing final race for sure  ::) , but as meyer said shit happenz IRL too, so im fine with the result.
Lost my opportunity to beat Fin in this last race, but...... it is what it is.

Do we want people to be moved up one place if a wildcard rider is in front or is the points from the wildcard rider just 0 and everyone else gets points according to their actually race placing?

For now i move people up in the places if wildcards are ahead :)

Anyways thanks for a great championship everyone! Enjoyed the whole season very much even i had a few races where i just couldn't make it work and keep the wheels on the ground lol.

Was a real pleasure to see how many different tactics there is and that sometimes the fastest rider is not always the best over a full race distance (includes myself mr. crash-a-lot in a few races).
