Title: BMW HP4 Race
Post by: badexample69 on January 21, 2018, 08:09:00 PM
Went to the Vancouver motorcycle show yesterday. The HP4 race is probably the best looking bike I ever put my eyes on. It is a piece of art. The bike should be considered as a next mod! 8)

If you don't get the Tri-Color edition,  the bike looks bland as hell. I sat on it many times, not feeling it.. the RSV4 RR or RF is the best bang for the buck for the moment.

That V4 sounds like a 1299. No V4 grunt! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6YrqdWuOrA8
Still looks shaky as hell having everything attached/stressed to the engine

I know someone who has an HP4, one of the few in belgium. That thing cost him 70-80k! He does have his garage full of 10+ bikes all worth about 20-30k each easily, mind you he's not rich... Just a steady job, some nice income on the side, cheap housing and no children  :P. Et voila, you have more moneys worth in ur garage than in ur actual house!

But i'm still excited that I might be able to ride a Ducati V4 next year around spa-francorchamps! :D

The swingarm alone is 15000 USD. The price is fair for what you getting.

I knew that would set people off ;D

With a decent exhaust system (Akra or Termigoni, none of that SC Project Shit) i think the bike would sound awsome (i havent looked up any sounds clips yet)

+1
I think the current trend for aerodynamic fins on the race fairings are starting to creep into the road bike fairing designs..... I knew it would happen! You wait and see... next years model will have even more pronounced fairing fins! But yeah I agree Vin... It is indeed ugly! Lol!
