Title: tyre creation help

on the fandom wiki thing - http://gpbikes-mods.wikia.com/wiki/Tyres

theres a link to a tool which is recommended  to change the tyre files with... does ANYBODY have this??? tyres have been confusing me since day 1 and im literally desperate.
im startiong to get to grips with it all but still cant get my head round tyres...

welcome to the black art of Tyre physics.

Short awnser- Nobody truely knows, Its all just trial and error. And if someone can prove me wrong please share your knowlage.
