There are two different versions of Losail. The DS version seems to be not ported to NDS, which has less objects and is very very bumpy.

There may be a version on RaceDepartment, however it will need converting as GPB is not one of the supported games. I would give it a go but IDK where to start with track creation/converting.
RaceDepartment Is a good site to download mods for sim racing, however like I said it will need converting, and to cover oneself I doubt I need to remind you to get the original authors permission. ;)
