As the mod bikes need to be updated it may get very confusing and hard to track which ones have been updated and will lead to many bike mismatches online, so maybe a thread could be started where there is a clear list of bikes updated by the modder who made it to keep things in order. New members would benefit from this too.

My and IMT bikes updated:

WSSP300 Yamaha R3
WorldSBK 17 set (All bikes)

I know blacky BUT we need a LIST on one page that gets updated not posts. Post may get missed or not seen. There has to be an actual list of each bike and sets to make it clear.

Its great the modders update and post the files to download BUT they must all be in one place not all over the modding section it will cause confusion and people will not know what is updated and what is not with out spending hours looking in the forums.

That's what the BikeMOD database is supposed to be for, ie: One place to get all the up to date mod-bikes to save any confusions, or am I missing something?  ;) ;D

And why not rename the actual Bike folder into Bike_Beta14 and add all updated bikes into a new Bike folder?
That way, we would have a clean status for the updated bikes.

Database is just that. Bike updates if not the full bike will not be on the database.

We NEED a list to know WHICH bike HAVE been updated and then where the update files are to download.

It is a total of 3 files if done the way Blackheart has done it.

As a side note to this..........Blackheart edits the bike ini file to add (b15) to the catagory line and in GPBikes bike list in shows up as an updated bike in its own catagory ie:

code = 1
cat = Road (b15)

This would enable us to see what we have downloaded that is b15 compatible once a modder has updated it.

I suggest we do not just offer the files that were updated, ideally the whole package is reuploaded.

For me personally would be simpler replacing a few files, but not everyone coming for the mod has the previous version or is in tune with what the community is doing. I understand this will simplify things for us that have the knowhow but it will end up complicating things for the rest, Increasing irritation even further with an already frustrating piece of software to get going. 

Just my humble opinion.

I agree for new members. We still ALL need to know what bikes we have updated and not, therefor adding a beta15 catagory to ini will ensure we IKNOW we have the b15 bike
