Unfortunately, not all the templates are available, especially for helmets. What you can do to get around it, at least to a certain degree, is to open an existing paint file in Painted and unpack it so you get the tga file(s). Then open them i Photoshop, change the locked background to layer and edit the paint as you wish. When done, save as tga, then open the file(s) with Painted and repack as a new pnt file. Put it in the helmets paint-folder and voila, your new helmet paint is in the game. Just make sure to name the file properly (se the filenames of the original pnt file when you unpack it).
