Release Notes
- a clean installation is strongly recommended ( especially for this release, because the controls settings file format has been changed )
- replays and ghosts are not compatible with previous versions

- the plugins interface has been changed: http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=33.0
- the telemetry plugin has been updated to add the suspensions length, the wheels velocity and the internal throttle position to the output CSV file

- now only the cast votes count for a poll result
- it is now possible, in the Race Setup page, to set the qualify length to zero, to skip the session
- now all servers are shown in GP Bikes, even those using a track that is not installed

- many settings have been moved from gpbikes.ini to global.ini: https://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=14.0
- the sound volume of the remote bikes is now lower than the local bike ( on track only, not in replays or spectating )
-- it is possible to change the volume: https://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=15.msg100238#msg100238

- the collisions parameters have been tuned
- VR support updated

Modding
- the suspensions geometry of all bikes should be adjusted to take into account the preload fix
-- the forks should be raised and "shock_minlength" ( the rear suspension Min Length ) decreased, by an amount equal to the default preload
- support for the neutral gear light has been added. For an example of how to enable it, please check the M2 bike gfx.cfg file
-- support for the neutral gear light has been added for the hud dash, too
- it is now possible to set multiple categories in a bike INI file. For example:
cat = GP500/GP1000 ( please note that there must be no spaces before and after the slash )
- it is now possible to add custom track layout objects
- the limit of 100 track layout objects has been removed
- a "plastic" material has been added for the walls
- the "plastic" material can now also be used for the track layout objects
- the "shadow" and "ambientshadow" models no longer need to be set in the "cockpit" section of the gfx.cfg file of the bikes, tyres and helmets

Im having the same vr stuttering/fps issue I had previously... Must be a conflicting programme somewhere, as even a clean unmodded GPB didn't fix it.

Any conflicting programs I should be aware of pib, or any way to send you a log file to diagnose?

New Beta feels good other than that, and the leg dangle looks really natural, unlike milestones which seems to do it at any corner :)

I would also like to see the dangle animation for longer if that's possible. It looks great, and really natural, but once the leg does come down, it seems to go up quite early into the turn.

Loving the work so far tho

Whenever there is a red value next to another value it seems to be that the red value is the one that is being used, while the black value is the desired one?

New to the game here.  Well since beta15.  This is the first time I will be updating game.  When it says clean install does that mean delete all?  Including bikes and tracks? Or is there just one file I need to delete and keep the rest?  I'm pretty computer illiterate...It took me 3 days to get VR going after I got the game intitially. I hope I can figure it out quicker this time.

Pib recommends a new install each time, however I just install the new one to the same directory as the old beta. Seems to work for me. Either that, or copy and paste your content into the new install.

ok I think I need to say it...

This is is! This is most complete GP Bikes version.

I have only one thing to suggest... why the off track grip level was sumbed down to the level of Milestone games... riding in full lean touching the grass and I still have time to pick up the bike and save the fall.

This can be adjusted by modders. But i know what you mean. It is very forgiving off track at the moment

Another bug:
I thought it was just me that couldn't see other riders M2 skins, as I'd been fiddling with dedicated servers and had a tonne of bugs.

But according to the discord, despite the skins working in single player whenever we connect to an online M2 server we cannot see other skins, as well as ours?

It is not a bug. If you don't have the skins of the other riders or the others don't have yours, you'll never see them and the others will not be able to see yours.

I can't even SEE MINE
shows I've got my skin selected in menus, double check everything, get into server, and not showing. Just white bike and legends rider.
I'm 150% sure I've got MY OWN SKINS INSTALLED

Is it on all the servers? Because I was on the Victoria server and I didn't see the helmet I use, the a white one. (I ride with Jonathan Rea leathers and helmet). But on another server I did see it, so I think it has something to do with that particular server...
