A lot of guys jumpstart because they think the box has to be red ::) I decided to make this tutorial for the noobs ::)
Sighting lap
The sighting lap takes 5 minutes. When the timer is on 0:00, the warmup lap starts. Make sure you see the green flag.
Warmup lap
The warmup lap takes 5 minutes BUT it ends once the final rider is on the grid. So don't move on the grid during the warmup lap!
Race
Don't move on the grid and wait until the lights go off.
Position
Most important part, the position.
Go to the red arrow (that's your position on the grid). Use the walkkeys (default: I, K) once you're near the grid.
If you see an arrow in a box, it's ok. If the box is red, it's not ok!
Wrong: Box is red = jumpstart

Wrong: Box is not red but you're too near the line. A bit of lag = jumpstart. Steering a bit too much = jumpstart.

It's good but not recommended. Sometimes lag causes a jumpstart when you're too near the white line. :/

I got caught out once with a jump start decision even though I was lined up correctly as shown in Photo 2... Now I always start as shown in Photo 3 and have never had any problems since. :)
Are you a fat bloater or what? Your rear suspension is well sat down mate. Hehe! ;D ;D
just a suggestion here - when setting off on sighting and warmup laps, I think it would be better to keep in grid order all the way to to the grid and keep a reasonable distance, say no closer than 10 bike lengths. This is to hopefully avoid crashes on these laps and to make it easier to get to your grid position. It will look better as well ;)
If you still crash, well, expect a slap from Peter's fishbot :o

Good idea, but might be difficult when you get some guys very slow off the grid and get left behind out of order.... But I guess it would be upto them to get back into position, which again might be difficult because it can be hard to ID the rider who was in front or behind you on the grid while riding on track?
Just saying it might not be as easy as it sounds. ;)
