Title: Manual rider dab at any speed

Since GPB already has this "rider dab" feature to push the bike up, it would be interesting to have the ability to trigger it manually at any speed in order to try saving the front Marquez-style.

You know, I'd like to see this.

But I'm not sure how many more buttons I've got left on my controller ;D

I got 26 buttons and 7 axis right now but can do 32 buttons plus a hat switch so still a few left lol
