Still not working for me:
- misc/stands is not read from mods folder
- no dash if misc/dashes is in mods folder only.
- riders: if I only put them in the mods folder, I can see the new riders in the "bike" page drop-down, but when I select one of them, the rider disappears.

What stand and bike are you using for the test?
It has been possible to install stands in the mods folder for years now, it's not a new feature and nothing has been changed about it.

Piboso why don't you add in the new GPB betas for example with the contribution of Manu with his 'New Modern Rider Beta 2' ?? example
since everyone is invited to contribute to the evolution of the simulator.

I think it is because the models and animations come from sources not fit for copying.
Can you please explain the new direct steer mode ?

Just signed up today, so everything will be new. Unfortunately, When I go to the download page I don't see a live link there except the "Mirror" downloads. Are they it? Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
