Anyone figure out what the issue was with this, I'm getting the issue aswell...

Right was just doing laps on the R6 cup there and realised something, I can go just as fast on that which I presume isn't right.

The big thing that's holding me back on the Moto 2 bike seems to be the complete lack of slipper clutch and looking at videos some other people don't seem to have the same problem.
I'm using an xbox controller and an automatic clutch, when I horse into a corner and start banging down the gears the rear locks up and I end up over the highside

I can get around it to a degree by just downshifting in stages as the bike slows down but I still get the feeling that managing that is pushing the bike further into the corner taking me away from the apex.

So just wondering, how do people manage the clutch for downshifts?

Cheers I was just wondering if there was some super set up out there, best to date is 1:34.14 but I've had ideal lap times in the low 1:33's

I've no problems being a couple of seconds off the pace but 4 seconds and I literally can't figure out where I can make time.
But yeah more laps, haven't tried the 20mm brake so I'll give that a go.

What do youse reckon on a bigger rear sprocket? I've done that and it doesn't seem to impact top speed on the straight

Anyone got any moto 2 1.4 setups? Can't seem to break into the 1:33's on Victoria and so it's blatently a set up problem

Only help I have (bar auto clutch) was shift help so I've knocked that off, I'll let you know how it goes

Did about 10 laps there with no issues but too early to tell.
As an aside I would have normally been shifting fairly heavily down when it happened so could be onto something

A problem a few people seem to be having with the Moto 2 bike is that now and again as you horse into a corner on the brakes the Moto2 bike will just flip into the air with an instant engine stop.
On recovering the bike the engine won't start and you need to go back to the garage to relaunch.
Sometimes it's very frequent (1 in 5 laps) other times it's not as frequent (1 in 30) but it happens a fair bit

I've attached a reply of it happening and what looks to be the issue is the front tyre on the brakes is burying itself below the track for a split second which of course catches and you're gone.
See the images frame by frame (with two angles of the actual issue on frame 3), anything other info that helps let me know

It's a difficult decision, but...

I'm resigning from organizing Moto2 Cup.

Too much things changed from signing up to starting the 1st race and I wasn't able to control that. I see many people weren't happy about some things with this championship.

Also, I'm not able to host any server what can cause another difficulty as I can't inform if server is up.

If I caused you're mad in any way - I'm sorry.

Mate just as an outsider who's been trying to get his laptimes up there close enough to even bother register for the championship you seem to be going fairly hard on yourself.
You got an official bike together with Manu's help, focused a rake of people from what I've seen of the practice servers and an actual full race which looked tight enough to be a spectacle to watch.
From what I can see so far this championship has completely surpassed any expectations I would've expected as the first race series on a niche game...
