i want to make paints for bikes but cannot get them into the game as they are psd files from photoshop. i havent found a way to convert them to pnt. do i need to? does anyone know how? thanks

When i ride most bikes in the game my hand is on the throttle making it work. However on certain bikes such as 2018R6 or 2018 Talent Cup my hand is not. Meaning I can't ride it... any help is appreciated.
