Support / Help problem engine turn off when i brake

Hello all, since i have istall new version when i brake it seems that the engine turn of and its imposible to stop the bike. I play in manual shift so i have disabled the automatic clutch. Hope that somebody knows why because its imposible play like this and i dont know what is the probleme.
