Ah ok, it seems that your computer can't works as well as it does for playing this game.
Try to play in lower resolution, to see if it can be better, in window mod.

If your video card is not overheating Kiki then I would say one of the memory chips is bad, also maybe your system ram is the problem as the card could be sharing it. Worth trying another card if you have it and testing your system ram. Seen this graphics issue before and each time it was video card related (hardware), be interesting to know your outcome with this.

PS: sorry for the french language, he's french and it's easier to speak like that

Old graphicd card + ancient OS + outdated (and no longer supported) drivers is rarely a good combo. Did GPB ever work for you ?
@janaucarre: I think he has a problem in-game, just playing (not trying to create a track).

I played Gp-bikes on Windows XP SP3 with Intel GMA 3100 integrated video card, with these changes:
- desktop resolution
16 bit
- core.ini file:
NoPBO = 1
NoFBO = 1
NoHDR = 1
- gpbikes.ini file:
bpp=16
Only problems were shadows and reflections didn't work and wet track appeared black.
Radeon X1300 is better than GMA 3100: http://www.game-debate.com/gpu/index.php?gid=624&gid2=59&compare=intel-gma-3100-vs-radeon-x1300-256mb

I had many problem with graphics but never a so big one.
Do you have some texture crossing them or one on one another?
Are they in 32, 16, 8 bits with alpha or not?
Wich software do you use?

Uh, looks a bit more than just "I can't load all the textures".
What's the graphic card ?
