General Discussion / Re: Big up Manu!

The best way to thank your modders? Donate. Motivate them to keep making mods. Buy them lunch or a pack of beer or coffee or something, make them feel valued.  We should all be doing that more often. Thanking is nice.
I do not believe the reason why there isn't more modders is the fact that the mods are not encrypted.

I wouldn't see a problem to this if there was full documentation as to how to create a decent mod I would be all for that. But being the fact that people learn to mod also by what other people have made I don't see how this can benefit the community.

I am not a modder, but I can see how this can monopolize mod creating to just a few modders.

I am not for this idea. Unless there is a comprehensive guide from Piboso. Otherwise say goodbye to what is left of this community if mods get encrypted.

This would be very useful, every rider has a different style, different height, and thus different point of view. we have some adjustability already but I'd like to be able to move the camera on an X/Y plane as well.
Suggestions and wishlist / Re: static/race sag

If you are serious and passionate about GPB you should get behind this request... This would be an extremely useful tool to setup the suspension. And it looks like it would just be a port.  These are the features that would improve GPB.
+1 This was suggested a long time ago. Beyond me why isn't this available for user adjustability yet.

If you are taking too long to transition maybe your force feedback is too strong. Also, make sure Reverse Force feedback is on. it should be the other way around, don't know why this is displayed as reversed as it should be the normal way.

I had a TX setup now own a Fanatec, what exactly are you struggling with?  I'll attempt to help :)
Excellent! I love this thing!

Thanks!  ;D
I am -So- glad there is, what appears to be, a game developer who is truly serious about the genre. IF you are a true motorcycle enthusiast you will really welcome the entrance of this new player.  I am very impressed by the amount of work these people have put forth on developing and delivering this software in such a short amount of time. The amount of polish, the sound (holy shit that sound!), the way the bike appears to behaves entering the corners, coming out of corners, (at least in video) it all exudes seriousness.

I cannot wait to get my hands on this thing. Here's an onboard video of Niccolo Canepa on his R1. This thing apPears to be on point!

Bikes / Re: Beta15 updated bike list

I suggest we do not just offer the files that were updated, ideally the whole package is reuploaded.

For me personally would be simpler replacing a few files, but not everyone coming for the mod has the previous version or is in tune with what the community is doing. I understand this will simplify things for us that have the knowhow but it will end up complicating things for the rest, Increasing irritation even further with an already frustrating piece of software to get going.

Just my humble opinion.

Your challenge:  To make the best GPbikes Bike ever on this V4R. I know you can do it :) No pressure... Looking forward to this piece.

A lot of improvement over the previous. The braking bug was nicely addressed. Really enjoying this aspect of the beta so far.

On the front end wash: I'm with others in that we need to have repercussions for getting too overzealous on the bike, however, the frontend washes out inconsistently and unrealistically too easy. Even picking the bike up from not even full lean in the most subtle ways will fold the front sometimes. The biggest problem is that it happens inconsistently, so you cannot gauge where the limit really is.  Needs fixing or you are going to piss off a lot of people trying out the beta if you are planning on releasing on steam.

Nice work!

Great little bike dude. Very well behaved. Would be great to have a 250 cc version of it or use it as a base for the Moto 3 set. The geometry seems to work very well.

Bro, love your initiative. Your additions are super valuable. Any plans on finishing up the ones you have been working on? Really dig some of the ones you are working on, they have a lot of potential :).
