The xbox one controller have seperate force feedback motors for the highlighted buttons (trigger buttons LT and RT) in the image.
If you play supported games, you have the rumble of the whole gamepad and seperate rumble of the two (trigger) buttons mostly used for acceleration/breaking in racing games.

I only have the normal rumble effect. :\
Do I need custom windows drivers or another input plugin for GPB to have trigger rumble support?

Is it possible to add trigger rumble for xbox one controllers?
It would give more feeling for braking and acceleration (wheel spin).

Suggestions and wishlist / More camera options
August 08, 2018, 06:27:05 PM
I play and enjoy GPB since december 2013 and looked at all the good steps forward the betas have made.
But one thing never really changed: the cameras.

To make it short I just write down my wishes for the future.

1P View:

  • needs to be tweaked to look (sry) more like in MotoGP 18 (sry again) :D There is a thread about the unrealistic position between the riders head/line of eyes and the apex in combination with the front end bike shape.
  • adding more effects like head shaking to simulate the wind hitting the helmet or decent blur for more speed feeling *weeeee*
  • more fine tune options like moving the whole cam up/down/near/far, so you can better adjust a more realistic view to the different bikes (for now you can just adjust the fov to "move" forward/backward)

3P View:
  • adding more positions like a far cam and a near cam, maybe another with a little gyro effect
  • let us choose if we want to drive with a static following cam or like it is now with a cam that follows a bit into a corner (seeing the bike more from the side while cornering, dont like it much)
  • adding effects like blur (using a slider to choose the prefered intense)

I know that the 1P cam settings are currently in the bike model folder but maybe there is another way to make the cams "free" and not depending to the mod youre using.

These things are my personal wishes and that should not mean, that the current state of options is bad.

Thanks for never stoping improving GPB! :)

I use a tilt of 25, but like I said if its a "useless" work for you then keep it like it is :)

It's not hard at all, I just miss why it would be useful.

I will try to explain.
At 20% and higher is for me to much because the inner helmet view is to asynchron to the lean angle your rider do while cornering.
This means, that the "head" (your 1P view) feels to much rotated compared to the road youre watching. I know that hanging off isnt hanging off and that
many riders in real keep there head straight to the road while cornering but some riders use just a little bit head rotation and there is the point with starting
at 20% feels to much.

I would like to use 10%, maybe you can implent it in a future update?
If its to difficult then you dont have to do it only for one person.

Is it possible to set the helmet roation factor to 10% ?
Ingame you can only do 0% / 20% / 40% ... and so on.

General Discussion / Re: ReShade v3

Uh, what a nice tool!
I was always a bit (just a bit) disappointed by the graphics from GP Bikes.
This small thing pumps it up a little bit.

played with some settings:

Maybe it's only a visual thing, but I feel less lean angle compared to the stock Murasama and dont know exactly why.
It feels like the riders head is to close to the cockpit if youre on max lean angle. Or better...It seems that the whole cockpit (model) is a bit bigger from the size.
It's difficult to describe, so here's a screenshot:

Reminds me at this one:

There are two versions: with cable or wireless.

Here is the shopping site: http://www.raceroom.com/shop_int/racing-games-controller/game-controller.html

I dont have such thing.

Aaaargh common guys...

I've played now for 2 hours in carreer-mode and I have a lot of fun. You cant play this game with the hope of having a simulation.

I bought at first bike the ducati monster 696...cause I drive a 796 in real. It was a bad choice cause the 696 is the absolutly slowest and I had to fight even with difficult at very easy cause the speed triples overtook me easy on the straights.
Second bike was a ducati streetfighter (yep iam a duc fanboy) and this bike makes me smile. The sound goes lovely BROOB BRROOOOBB...
The track Wales is fantastic! Try out cockpitview (without helmet) and grab a faster bike.

I really like the game cause its the only one in this format. You can have fun with naked bikes on track days, going for road racing with a sport bike and get wet with a prototype.
The rider customization is a cool feature and the bike tuning is ok. Wish their was more optical parts.

I payed 20,-€ for a steam key for this game and thats absolutly fair!

It seams that Milestone produce their games in first for the consoles and port then to pc.
With MotoGP14 I had big problems, but with "Ride" it is a little bit better.

My opinion for the game is: Add punches, kicks and grabs and you will have Road Rash 2015. That would be better then trying to be a good motorcycle game :P
