Bikes / Re: Help with creating bike mods
September 11, 2019, 10:41:51 PM
Thanks for the speedy response :)
So I assume the parts you specified just need to be seperate objects within the same model?
Also, what sort of things should I include or remove from the bike? Standard ugly plate section, indicators, passenger pegs, mirrors, etc.

Bikes / Help with creating bike mods
September 11, 2019, 04:57:06 PM
Hello!

I'm not exactly sure about the process for creating bike mods: I'd greatly appreciate some guidance. Also, what sorts of bikes could I create? Could I add some naked street bikes, and would anybody be interested in them?

I've started modelling a KTM 790 duke for myself, but I could be open to a few requests. I have pretty good modelling experience but can't really texture too well, and I don't know how to setup the physics parameters or the dash or engine sound.
Also, does the game support normal or bump maps, and how detailed should I be modelling?

Thanks

Bug Reports / Anti-aliasing not working Beta16
September 08, 2019, 06:51:30 PM
I'm running the demo version of beta16, just switched from the demo of beta15b. Anti-aliasing is no longer functioning for me. I initially just installed the new version over my previous version: I've tried restarting and also deleting the entire game and settings for a clean install. When I returned to 15b anti-aliasing worked fine.

General Discussion / Off-Track Lean Angle Range
September 06, 2019, 03:04:36 PM
Hello, new member here!
Is there any way to tweak, or ideally disable, the limited steering range that is imposed when you traverse different surfaces (e.g. curb, grass, gravel)?
Whenever I run off-track, the sudden counter-steering the rider performs to adjust to the different lean angle makes me crash, even though there'd often be enougth grip to continue. I'd rather not be nannied by what's otherwise a fantastic, realistic moto game.

I'm currently playing on the demo version of the game.
