I have a laptop with Gtx 3080ti is not a matter of power but I can not understand I attach the screen shot where it marks in red something about the resolution

Hello to eveyone it's possibile to have a link with all tyre files for all bike more or less?? i mean not the type of tire(hard,soft etc..) but the entire file of tyre 

I have this problem with bike mod installation..every single bike it's like that and if i try to start the game crash so bad why??
I install the pkz file in bike folder like with tracks ..even if i extract pkz in rar.file i have the same prob : /
