I have permission from the Author of a track to convert it to GP Bikes, but I am clueless.

What is the simplest way to convert the track? Im not very tech savvy and cant afford anything like RTB right now lol. 

For the people who say "real life is in first person, so the game should be too"

The biggest difference i find between both modes is the field of view. In real life, we see up to 114 degrees horizontally (some more some less) which is a lot around us. When you are in first person mode on GP bikes or most other games you have much less field of view than you than you would in real life, and what you also dont have is the physical awareness of your body on the bike. So you are essentially just looking down a telescope with the only awareness of your vehicle being a small dash moving around half the screen - Have you noticed that it is harder to play in first person than third person?

I believe 3rd person is easier and far more realistic because not only the wider field of view giving a more realistic perception of speed and surrounds, but the fact that you can SEE the riders body position and bike movement REPLACES the physical feel and awareness of the grip, the bike, and your body that you would have in real life.

What are your opinions of this?

The GP600 - cbr600 cup bike feels pretty fluffy suspension wise. Does anyone who understands suspension have some input to what i should set it to ?

Hey friends 

I was playing GP bikes and decided to download the wsbk_2015 bike mods because i loved the r1m on the last beta.

So when i did that, suddenly the game crashes as soon as i open it. So i moved all the wsbk bike and tyre mods out of gp bikes, and it STILL crashes on startup.

Could it be related to the bike mods, or just by chance? Not sure what to do brothers

Hey guys! I thought it would be a cool idea to create a hall of fame for one of the circuits to give people times to beat or compare to, since multiplayer is dead and no ghost racing exists yet. I know the hardest part about this is actually completing a lap without crashing 


RULES

- Track is 'Nord_NDS' from the track database
- Track temperature must be 27 degrees
- Time with a stopwatch from the same point on the track as honestly and exactly as you can
- Any bike up to 1000cc. I used the normal GP1000 coz im having mod problems atm

Tip: Ride your lap/laps first, and afterwards you can time them when you replay the ride, so you dont fumble around during the lap


This is just for fun and based on an honesty system at the moment. But if you break the 7:10 barrier which is the real life record then i want to see video proof!!!   

So I will start off. Dont worry if you are not quicker than my time you should still post your time and go on the leaderboard!

I had this bike, I believe it was a ZXR 250 or a CBR 250RR not very long ago on GP bikes and then for other circumstances I had all my gp bike files wiped out and now i am up and running again and trying to get back my tracks and bikes.

but I cant seem to find where I downloaded this bike.

Can anyone who knows please help me possibly with a link?

I made a folder in gpbikes called "rider" and put all the skin files in there that i downloaded. They wont show up on the menu in the game or anything and I cant find a tutorial to do it. What do I do guys?

I heard this is true that you can take terrain info from google earth (I think?) and import it into a program which you can make a custom track out of? I would like to make my local twisty road track.

I only see 3 of these servers on my game. I want to connect with the moto 2 beta 3 server but it wont show on my game. I have the black moto 2 bike and used to play in the moto 2 server but now it says beta 3.

I think this is a cool idea for a thread, since the game has little servers and almost always 0 players for every time. You check when someone replied to this thread, and if its within the last 5 minutes then you have a chance of joining the server and racing them.

(minimum 5 minute rule so if you reply and nobody joins you can leave after 5 minutes)

Im trying to join the main server which is called motoonlinefr but I tried another server too... I am trying to use the stock red 500cc bike, and I have tried the stock gp1000 too...

I get either MISSING BIKE

or the BIKE MISMATCH error

I just downloaded the MX bikes demo and it says I have an invalid license. My license worked for WRS and GP bikes so Im not sure why it wont work with mx bikes.

Does mx bikes need its own license key?

I enjoyed riding 600's in this game until Beta 8 came out. Its such an awesome update but all the old bikes cant be played. Are there any updated versions of the mod bikes?

I was thinking how cool it would be to race AI offline when nobody is on the servers. What about racing your own ghost to practice faster lap times? Is it possible?

I just hit 350kmh on the ducati gp15. Looking for faster bikes to hit the bump at norschleiffe and see how far I fly

I just want to say how awesome it is to play this game online. There were five riders on the server tonight which is the most I've ever seen in my time zone. Every time Im alone on track I spawn in the pitlane and say on chat that if anyone wants to tag with me then im waiting. Someone always shows up and pulls up beside me with that funny hand sign. Some parts of the game all 5 of us ended up riding front to back at the same spots and when someone crashed (which happens often) The leader slows down and when the fallen rider catches up we all take our positions again. And shout outs to blackheart I saw you in game because I remember you from forums and you let me tag behind you as I get used to the track. This game is really like a real track day. Das 'all !!!!

Hi, I play this game offline all the time and I love it but I reeeally want to race online. I tried to find some servers by clicking world, but it said old version please update. I've looked on the website and forums and cant find any update for the game. Can someone please help.

Also I never used to be able to get any servers. How do I find a server and join? I mean a server that actually has people in it? Or do I need to look on the forums for server threads?
