Quote from: javiliyors on February 22, 2020, 05:30:29 pmIt is a whore, that all your work for days, weeks or months ... stolen by some children who take your 3d on one side, your physics on the other and tido without asking permission and then say .. wuala !!! mod ##### 2020 by ???? (WTF) and the time it has taken one to learn to do everything from scratch where it is

We need that tool!

But is too late... we have phisics files for any bikes (50, 125, 250, 500, 750, Motogp, SBK...)

This tool would have been helpful... 10 years ago! :)

If this tool will be released tomorrow by Piboso, the same children will copy all your lines from geom or cfg of a your bike released before, and put these data in a new mod with all files encrypted.

Quote from: Corrie on February 22, 2020, 04:04:24 pmHi Hawk. On the KRP side of things, we have been thinking about this for quite some time. We were more interested in being able to secure content once its released - by locking a GUID to a mod that has been purchased. That way people couldn't steal paid content. That Beijing said, your idea is excellent as well. Hopefully we will have a better modding community because of the encryption tool!

With this tool i see just this:

Stp 1 Copy\paste stuff from mods released before this tool.
Stp 2 Use the Encryption tool.
Stp 3 Take all credits!

Quote from: Myst1cPrun3 on February 19, 2020, 12:23:34 pmI only had that working for a little bit. It doesn't work for me now lol

Don't know why.

If you like the stripes you'll like the new CBR mod joacko has made

The original wsbk mod have strips :)

I had removed them in the last versions to improve a bit the loading of the bikes.

A lot of the new bikes mod released in the last days have datas copy\paste from the WorldSBK 17\18 by IMT (obviously I only checked bikes that I worked on too) No problem for me about this, although with no credits at the team in some cases, but my question is; with this tool the people will be able to hide this very easily?

Imo the answer is:

My permission is use the sbk mod
Quote from: Hawk on February 17, 2020, 03:35:21 pmI think you've all got to remember that the physics for these modern MotoGP Bike mods will be a total presumption on what the real bikes are like simply cause the real physics data for these bikes is not available at this time(maybe in 10 years or so it will be), especially tyre data(no chance).

So the physics your probably getting in the modern bikeMODS for GPBikes is more than likely based on what modders have experienced in Milestones MotoGP games rather than anything to do with reality; that is unless the modder is lucky enough to have a rider in the mod-team who has actual experience of riding one of the modern racing bikes?

Let's face it..... Who here has actual riding experience on a modern MotoGP racing bike? So, much of your procrastination's about what is right and wrong with the physics and tyres on one of these MOD bikes is purely your own personal opinion and not based on relevant facts at all. :)

We had in IMT a real rider in the team (Andrea F. the phisics man behind the mods), dunno if this new team has experience irl but I gave the permission to create a different mod.

So nothing bad is happening here lol

"launch control simulation"

We have a bike in b17 with this feature or is just supported for mods?

Reading the changelog Looks the best beta so far!

Quote from: Myst1cPrun3 on July 01, 2019, 04:03:04 pmDoubt they'll do anything about it as there's very few peoe who use older consoles these days

The 80% of the consoles are standard edition (and S for one and slim for ps4), just 1\5 are the "premium" version. Also because is a nosense to buy these boxes when PC with the same price are far better. Buyed my xbox one S (new not second-hand) to 160 euros...

In my group we are about 20 guys and just 1 guy with the xbox one X...

Anyway motogp 18 was 60 fps for all consoles... I think will be out ready a new patch, because no one can beat the 60 fps's guys now.

Quote from: Blackheart on July 01, 2019, 11:11:49 amWorks but just for PS4 pro and Xbox One X... so the majority of people with standard consoles has a huge disadvantage in the esport now.

Thats how its always been, even from old engine MotoGP games. High end xboxs and Ps, like xbx x and xbx s and ps4 pro, get 60fps.
The standard consoles just don't have the power. (Day one xbox one has an i3 equivalent processor, and 2GB RAM I think)

The processor is the same just overclocked and the ram is 8 for the S and 12 for the X... anyway it would be possible have 60 fps for esport also for standard version, because there is just a bike on the screen in this mode.
