Messages - RiderOfTheLostBike

When I host a dedicated server I restrict camera to cockpit.
I'm not a fast player but I don't consider myself slow either. Some players are very fast compared to me.
While hosting a DS the fastest player confirmed he was using the static onboard view.
I only use onboard dynamic view but recently I tried the static onboard view.
It's so much easier than dynamic onboard view, I think it's an unfair advantage. Maybe smaller than external view but still an unfair advantage over onboard dynamic view.

I have 2 suggestions:

1. An option to force onboard dynamic view only.
2. For the servers without forced view an option to view what camera a player is using. Maybe after their name:

I bought an used Intel i3 4130, iGPU, 4 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD.
For a dedicated server with MOTOGP 2021 mod and 4 players the CPU usage is 2% max. The initial RAM usage is around 50 MB. I set the max replay file to 500 MB. The RAM usage increases to 500 MB and then resets to initial RAM value. I don't remember the internet usage but is very low.

Thanks for the info guys.

My plan is to buy an used computer with 3rd or 4th generation intel CPU.
An used computer with 7th generation intel is too expensive and i don't want to spend too much money.

From what i read dedicated servers in general don't use a GPU.
For GPBikes dedicated server does a dedicated GPU improve performance or makes no difference from integrated GPU?

2. Not specifically the dynamic one, but onboard in general is possible.
3. No.

1. I want to buy another pc to use it for dedicated servers and i don't know if a dual core is enough or i need an i3 or i5 with 4 GB or 8 GB. It would help me to make a decision if i'd knew what system resources are needed for a full server with 20 players.

2. I know about restricting cameras to onboard view. I would like to be restricted to dynamic view only.
An option to restrict the view to a single camera (be it onboard dynamic, onboard static or external) would be useful.

3. I play using only onboard dynimac view and i wanted to know who else plays the same.

1. What are the recommended requirements for dedicated server with 20 players (CPU, RAM, internet speed)?
2. Is it possible to restrict the camera to Dynamic Onboard View only?
3. Is it possible to view what camera a player is using?

It's not so easy to fight it, though. I don't know how other forums handle it.

I have no experience with forum administration but i was curious what methods can be used to prevent forum spam and besides captcha, email confirmation i found about mods like STOP FORUM SPAM, if you don't already use it.

You can find the track here: https://mega.nz/folder/Kh1mjAiB#4Xnvq-8Ul5jJ5NeTlRwZvw.
It's a link from Gp bikes Indonesia. I found it in mods section on Gp bikes discord server.

In replay Jump to lap goes at the end of the lap. In beta19 it jumped at the beginning of the lap.
When changing riders sometimes the camera changes randomly. In beta19 it stayed the same for all riders until it was changed manually.
Are these changes intentional?

The replay was from beta20. It was solved in beta20b.

I also noticed that for some laptimes Last lap has one millisecond more than the same lap in Jump to lap list.
You can convert the standalone license to steam here:

I think this happens because of the asists in Settings>Simulation tab.
There is a picture on discord server, support channel with what assists to have on.

I'm not a modder.
The conversion takes a lot of time and effort.
Using 3dsimed the Assetto Corsa track must be coverted to a format that can be imported in 3ds max or Blender.
The objects must be renamed to Gp bikes naming convention. The texture must meet certain requirements. Then it can be exported to Gp bikes format.
This is a link to track creation guide for Gp bikes: https://docs.piboso.com/wiki/index.php?title=Track_Creation_Guide
After the track is exported to Gp bikes format you need to use TrackEd software to finalize the track and use it in Gp bikes.
Tracked guide: https://docs.piboso.com/wiki/index.php?title=TrackEd

For public use of the track you need permission from the track creator.
