I cannot do anything about it

This is what I use (the new alternative mode) but the whole bike shakes too much,
I don't have this problem at Victoria circuit.

I really like this track,it reminds the good old days of GP Legends,
I have one problem,
every time that I use this track,
the bike is vibrating (a lot,1p view) and it is quite annoying,
is there any setting that I can change to fix it?

How can I remove all the annoying data that appears every time that i play (purple,red stuff)?
I don't know how it is called,is it a HUD?
