So I have ripped some models from other bike games. They come with the chassis, wheels and tyres and all that crap.

All I want to know it what do to with them next, I can export them from 3DMax and then use them with fbx2edf to get edf files. I have no idea what comes after that.
I know eventually I need to use BikEd and stuff but I can't get that far

I want to try and mod some of my favourite bikes so any help is appreciated.

Must be a problem on my end, my friend has the same problem.
The grip is almost perfect on the bike, otherwise it will feel like its on rails cause you never spin the rear.

Great work though Julien, can't wait for the other SSP Bikes!

In the wet the bike seems to make the game crash as soon as you go to track, even if you have dry tyres on...

Want to mention there is a cut on Aragon onto the back straight. Doesn't work every time but I've seen people use it.

why tf are my times not here? i signed up and participated in days 1&2, done multiple races on the correct bike i signed up with? wtf? fastest tikme has been a 1:31 or 1:32... srsly wtf

Same for me, I took part in one race a few days ago and Im not on the lists anywhere? Is there a specific time you need to take part in the races?

Btw gonna use the ferrari 458 and a skin called "2011_Team_Sofrev_ASP_20"

I think it's probably just because not many people are online at once. I only see a few people on servers at any one time.

You could check how many are online even if you don't have the right tracks, check on GPBikes website and go to "Stats" and then "Servers".

Unfortunately a little bit of help won't get you very far. Thankfully there are some very helpful people here including myself that can offer advise.

My advise would be, if you don't want to pay out for a 3d package, download Blender and follow some beginners tutorials. There are great ones on YouTube.

Then when you understand the interface and controls, and how to manipulate meshes properly, start by searching for what you need to know to model a bike for a game.

Key places to start: Orthographic editing with reference background pictures, mirror modifier, and UV unwrapping, texturing.

Be prepared to start the same project again and again, the better you get, the more you'll want to go back and change what you did badly at the start.

And don't give up, be determined, the results are well worth the effort

Hi guys, I'm new to GPBikes but have been enjoying the game and the mods a lot.
I wish to make my own bike in the game (Kawasaki Ninja 300 race bike) but I have no idea where to get started.

I did try using another bike to use the files from but there a re points where I am clueless on what to do, especially making the models.
I did read a lot on the forums but I'm a bit inept so I couldn't quite understand what to do...

If anyone can help just a little bit that would be great, Thanks!
