Your STK problem might somehow be related to the same issue i had - recheck the tyre database and see if there are any updates for STK1000 for you ;)

Since I have started to play online whats about 1month for now I had only few core crashes... What comparing to MotoGP17 is much less problematic.

I've been far less than that in online gameplay and I found multiplayer stability quite ok.  Only two issues for me were the massive freeze when someone joins, and the super harsh left, right and center Disq when deploying bike to track.  Other than that, had a semi serious race with someone yesterday and it was a lot of fun - obviously we both crashed like muppets but it kept us on the edge! :P

Support / Re: Connection Timeout

Hope you solved it Kerazo, if not try opening cmd (command prompt from start menu) and type in

"ipconfig /release" then type "ipconfig /renew" and finally "ipconfig /flushdns".

It doesn't hurt any of your configurations and will only very temporarily halt your internet connection (when released, until renewed).

Consider restarting your pc and resetting your modem if those are available and the above doesn't solve your issue.

Also make sure you don't have multiple core.exe running since they may cause conflicts and ensure your firewall (windows or otherwise) has rules explicitly allowing core.exe to both go inbound and outbound.

Given all those it's hard to think it wouldn't work.

Bikes / SSP 600 wet tyre selection causes core to crash

As per title, once you select wets and choose To track, the game crashes.  Happens for all SSP600 cc bikes.

It's probably the tracker which the dedicated servers register against.

Confirmed same here!

Additional Info:  Restart PC and modem, ipconfig /release, renew and flushdns attempted.  No dice.  I made no changes besides installing MaXHud plugin and its redistributable.  Network is otherwise fine and can access all other sites as usual.  Playing in local is fine as well.

General Discussion / Re: Hosting a server

Exactly the same here, servers are completely timed out.  Thought it was my end, tried restarting my pc and modem, doing ipconfig /release and renew, flushdns and nothing.  They seem to be down...

Support / Connection Timeout

Is there a scheduled maintenance of some sort to get a list of online servers since today I've been getting a connection timeout with no actual changes to my game or network.  I tried an ipconfig /release, renew and flushdns to no avail.

Can you connect to anyone of the available dedicated servers? You might need to configure some things if not, what issues are you encountering?

Welcome back then, hope to see you around!

Solved : The issue is I was missing tyre files for the STX1000 and SSP600 bikes and it was causing the game to core out.  It still happens randomly but that's just because the game is in beta  :-X

This solution should have been propagated to the database from where the bike mods are downloaded so just pull down the files again using syncback free and it should be all set.  All servers seem accessible to me now.

Aren't the STK and SSP files the ones I downloaded?  Let me know when to run again and if I should remove anything that's currently in the folder.  Also do I want to put each of these in separate folders?  I read some post somewhere that is the safest approach.

Edit I just realized you meant tyre files sorry.
EDIT2: YUP THAT DID IT! Thanks :D

Cheers mate :)
