BikeEd changelog:
- support for geometry that is laterally offset ( example: Panigale rear suspension )
- support for rear suspension geometry where the rocker - rod link is the upper one, and not the lower one ( example: Panigale rear suspension )
- added the possibility to disable the automatic update of the swingarm angle ( and then manually change it )
- added preload setting for testing
- added the possibility to change the swingarm pivot position for testing
- added the sag readings for testing

Thank you for the report.
The source of the issue has been found, but the solution is not as easy as it may seem.
A workaround has been added, and will be integrated in the future releases ( hint: the "starting lights" state will disappear ).

The first batch of calls to RaceAddEntry includes all entries.
The second wave of calls is for the connected clients only ( "m_iUnactive" is 1 ).
