Thanks Hawk... Currently in the middle of it... 

Thankfully the incident only broke a piece of plastic and did not damage the system... Everything is functional and with so many buttons to choose from I don't even notice those are not there... Eheh... I'll fix it in the near future but this won't be an excuse to not use DD's awesome system...

Thanks DD for an amazing system... Way better than I imagined... And harder to play GP Bikes with it than I expected... lol...

I'll do a full review and a few laps once I've settled in my new place.

Thanks DD... I have every single mod installed (at least every one I could find) and LAA has been applied... Still issues with those 4 categories...
I have everything unpacked (not using the .pkz files) under the proper file structure.

Will try to re-install everything from scratch... 

Re-downloaded the bikes, tyres and paints... Still not working... 

I've also tested the other bikes categories and found out that the following are also not working:
- GP 250 (crashes as soon as I select it)
- Moto 3 (crashes after I leave the pit)
- Moto 3 2017 (crashes after I leave the pit)
- Minitwin (crashes after I leave the pit)

Re-downloaded tyres and bikes from the FTP server (using SyncBackFree) and still crashing...

Any ideas?

PS: I do not have the LAA flag applied but I'm not sure if this would help here since it's not related to memory used, i think (using Jerez 0.9 NDS for these tests).

Tried modifying the Moto3_2017_Ktm.cfg file and it's still crashing...

Tried to following:

}

and also tried this config:

   id = Dunlop_Moto3_17
   data = Dunlop_Moto3_17.cfg
}

Track was the Autodrom Most NDS.

Any ideias?

That reminds me that i had my own bike on GP500 with my #40... Do you think the templates - i probably still have them on my disk - will be "transportable" to GP Bikes
Did you do your bikeset by yourself ? Or did you pay somebody thousands of Escudos (!!) to do it ?

No euros were spent, unless you count the hours I spent in front of the PC and Photoshop... lol... I used the livery that comes with the bike and edited using Photoshop. I'm no pro but I learned a few things over the years... Plus, Google is your best friend in these situations... 

GP500? I don't know... Maybe some of the Modders here can answer that question. Post it on the Bikes Mods section of the forum and see if someone can help...

I know it's not really a racing livery but I wanted to do something different...

Hi there,

So it's been a week since I've been officially part of this "band of brothers" and just wanted to give a quick "status report":

• GP Bikes installation completed (game, tracks, bikes, helmets, tyres, misc, maxhud plugin, paints and bike sounds... The folder now has almost 50Gb...  )
• Helmet and suit customization finished (screenshots attached)... Thanks to the modders, specially the helmet... Great work...
• Tried a couple of test laps (since I don't have a gamepad for PC I tried to use the keyboard...  ... You probably can guess what happened... lol)

So what's next?

• Custom bike livery (I'm starting with my favourite, the WSBK 2017 BMW S1000RR... ...  )
• Install HS3 system (it's on it's way... Hopefully I will get it before Xmas...  )
• Learn how to ride the bike with the HS3 and test a few different tracks and bikes
• Once I feel I can ride without being a threat to everyone, plan to join one of the online servers and race a little bit, and learn from the best... 

That's it, short and sweet...

Again thanks to everyone in the community for all the help so far, special thanks to DD for the HS3 system and help, to HornetMaX for his GP Bikes unofficial guide (http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=431.0), it saved me a lot of time, and to Alibaskins for his auto sync (http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=1449.0) which is perfect for a new (offline or online) setup...

The trailer is awesome... The game looks good, hopefully the riding experience is also as good as the graphics.
