@Piboso - can you please explain what the new race start sound is and when it occurs?
I just tried a simulated quick race and heard nothing.
Was hoping it could be heard while race pre start is on.

Can you confirm that the bike is Varese 500, that you are on full lean, that full throttle is applied in the powerband (entra in coppia?)and it still won't slide? If so can you tell us which track, which corner you cant slide it so we can try it as well.  Also, please post a quick video of this?

Also, I often wondered how many riders had a core and quit the game without restarting and rejoining. Their name will still be 'active' until the server restarts, does this then cause more core problems? Just thinking aloud, I got no technical idea at all!

If it sounds like tc, you may have aids on, throttle help?
Without aids it it too easy to slide..

Don't ever think we take you for granted Dibu, you are much appreciated, but sometimes we forget to say it...

For sure Victoria is needed, it is the most used track by far. 2 or 3 of the best other tracks would be good also, changed weekly?
And the hotlap servers are an absolute necessity! Also changed weekly, motogp tracks would be great, but not essential.

Actually, there are a lot of not so good tracks,,particularly for racing and some unusually good ones that never get used.  having just ridden all of them in the past few days (recovering from flu) on the 3 main bikes, I must try compile a list in order of raceability and see what everyone else thinks. For example, Mantorp with the 125 is particular good!

With your head down, you could be as close as 300mm from the air intake. Induction noise on race bikes can be bloody loud!
I hope this gets sorted soon, it is top of the pile in my opinion, along with the core problem of course.
