Setups / Re: Preload

If you increase preload you will have less ''static'' sag!

Try working on the rebound and compression settings more!

I doubt its possible to work out the suspension setup in relation to how heavy the rider is..

That would be good to have custom riders with different hight, weight, and riding style!

Great bike! Very nice thankyou JC!

NSR feels different to the cagiva (varese) I think!

Seems to have more grip?

Ps. Could somebody create a loris capirossi painjob? The black pons west team colours?

Saying that 600cc bikes and 1000cc bikes are different obviously.. Some of the road 600s iv owned didnt have or need a damper..

I guess its very difficult to simulate all the different forces and effects of a motorcycle in a game thats why I admire gpbikes and the work of piboso and modders! Its the closest thing we have in my opinion!

Cheers guys great reading!!

So it sounds like we have HESD! ''honda electronic steering damper'' lol!!!

I have this on my road fireblade but I dont like it! Apparently it is designed to not be intrusive! It will save full on tank slappers to a degree but still get lots of movement in general..

My race R6 has a manual damper and if I adjust to full stiffness its very difficult to move the bars at all! And when out on track the whole bike feels very stable! Sometimes maybe too stable! It seems these forces from wheelies etc can transfer elsewhere on the bike and make my suspension and chasis work overtime!

Obviously I back the damper off until im happy but these settings and effects would be awesome to see/feel in gpbikes! :)

Oh ok! I started racing gpbikes just before beta4 so I dont feel the difference as to what it was in beta2 say..

So the effects of the damper is there but we still get visual tank slappers?

Would it be possible to have a damper we can see working on the bike? Also fully adjustable and so we can see the different effects it has on the bars and general bike handling?

Most of the time during my laps on gpbikes the bars are flapping around like crazy lol.

On my real bike I have the damper cranked right up so I dont get much movement at all really.. Im not saying thats how it should be but I would like to be able to play around with settings like this in gpbikes! Would be sweeet! ;)

Hi fellow gpbikers!

Iv been racing gpbikes for a few months now.. Fantastic sim im really enjoying it and starting to pick up some pace now! :)

One thing I would like to see added is steering dampers!

I think the addition of SD's sooner rather than later would greatly help the direction of the physics and setup options!

Would this be possible for a modder to achieve? Both visually and physical?

Just a suggestion!

Thanks guys and happy riding! ;)
