I tried to join the server a few times already but I am always getting a "Missing Bike" error.
I downloaded all bikes from the bike database, anything else I need or is the server just hating me?

Yeah I totally know what you mean. I will be doing the same next year, if at all. I really took a liking to plain track days.
Not expensiv and lots of time to ride. Sometimes they even have some kind of a "race" included.

Thanks! Yeah it is a lot of fun there  8)
Ehm no I don't have a quickshifter, and after checking the prices I am honestly not very tempted to get one in the near future.
Besides the Suspension and Exhaust my R6 doesn't differ much from the normal Track R6.

Thanks guys!

Yes it is an R6 Ricco. No other bike screems like she does  ;D

Don't worry Hawk, I haven't played for almost a year, I totally suck right now. I have to start from scratch again so if anything you should train me to get back to pace  ;)

A bit of Hockenheim, short version.

I know still a lot room for improvment but was the only time I had a cam with me yet.

On a sidenote, I will be getting a PC next month, propably. So not too long until I will be back playing GPbikes  8)

You are welcome Max.

I haven't noticed them on TV either but I am fairly sure they still got the sensors on during all sessions.

After all they are essential to data recording purposes, especially for analysing crashes.

Just looked up some pics from races and apparently the the whole stuff is equipped  on the brake calipers ;)

And yes, those Brembo calipers are ridiculously expensive! I would be disappointed if one cost less than your car  ;D

Yes Max, you gave the answer yourself. I had a similar one on my bike for the data recording.

Same way even ABS works nowadays, totally simple but it seems to work...
There just isn't another method available to messure the speed on the front wheel than using a sensor that counts the gaps in a disc.

18 Guys already signed up and another bunch on the waiting list.
I guess you can ask to be put on the waiting list but the main grid seems full.

Piboso,

I completely understand what you mean when you say that the physics model "underneath" the game is very very good as it is and doesn't need to be changed much at all. That is already an impressive first step.
The latest WSS600 mod is proof that if the right data sits in the bike mods, the game is very good as it is (I'm having a lot of fun in 6c with the 600, so for me 6c is a success).

However, like you said, even though the underlying physics are good, the stock bikes need work right now because their behavior is unrealistic (and very frustrating).
Also, the behavior of the stock bikes is not evolving significantly in the right direction and that leads me to believe that you either have issues with this or lack time to do the proper testing.
It also shows that the feedback we give to you and the work that you do on the stock bikes doesn't always move in the same direction.

So my question is, where do we go from here to improve the stock bikes and the virtual rider?

- Do you want to select a few players who could provide feedback after each small change before the new beta is released?
- Or do you plan on maybe letting a team of modders modify the stock bikes and compare what values they have compared to yours, that way you have more time to work on game stability (core.exe)?
- Or do you plan to maybe have some players (who are calm enough and who may or may not ride in real life) who could participate in discussions with you on Skype with close feedback, a "thinkgroup", like it is the case in some MMO games for example?

Basically, there are many options, but how do we move forward now with these stock bikes?

Setups / Re: Murasama Setup Victoria Circuit

The rear tyre has more volume, means more air that can expand when heated so for the same pressure on both tyres you need more in the front (or respectively less in the rear)^^

Desteban when we touched I was horrified that I might knock you off. Since you were running at a good pace and it was under a blue flag. But luckly I got knocked off instead. :)

Oh yeah totally sorry Klax, didn't want to knock you off. Totally my fault, but I was also glad I didn't get knocked off :D
But I was very sorry for you since your bike kept on running.
