You know, the conspiracy brother in me thinks it has more to do with. Dorna and Spain are to closely tied to MotoGP. If you win the CEV at 15 and you become champion you can compete in GP Racing. No other series get that option, if they all did if did that would be different. If you are champion of your series you get a open to be in GP racing even if your 15.

Rossi winning 10 times would be historic, at the same time if he would have won. When was the last time in all three categories in a single season that it would have been no Spanish world champion?

Also didn't like how it felt like even before Sepang that no one is allowed to comment against Marquez. Come on he is 22, he can't take negative criticism against him. Without having the press involved or Dorna.

Plugins / Re: MaxHUD plugin

Max is it possible to make a HUD widget tied to a sound?

Since in another thread I was talking about knee slider sounds I can't seem to hear them. Then I was thinking GP Bikes has to know when they need to be played when your knee is down. So a visual reference say a red dot on the screen when the knee slider sound is played. Especially useful for using DST

General Discussion / Knee Slider Sound

In the current version it says a new feature is knee collision and knee slider sound. Collision I have seen, but I have yet to hear knee slider sound. Which would be very useful for DST. Am I missing something that I can't seem to hear it?

Got it working, had the delete the 990 out of my profile as the bike selected. Was causing ever bike I picked to crash.

Redownloaded, as soon as I select supermoto in GP Bikes, GP Bikes crashes. I never see the bike load. Weird.

I think the biggest problem I've noticed, even when it first released was the shade seems to be reverse. The shadow is coming from the top of the bike no matter where the light source is.

Really bugs me. lol

The last version of ReShade (1.1.0) is great. It has a small gui (Mediator, weird name) that allows you to select which effects you want and their parameters without editing the config files manually.
Also, it can detect your game API and push the right dll and the config of the effects to the installation folder of your game. The process is now really nice  and simple. Great piece of software.

I noticed that with GPB ReShade's MSAA significatly darkens the image while FSAA does not. Strange ...

I tried it but didn't seem to do anything when I was in the game. Nothing happened. Any ideas?

Bug Reports / Re: GPB Direct Steer with Torque BUG

Just to be sure: are the two blue dots in the Joypad widget (bottom right) showing the movements of your joypad sticks ?
And can you confirm you use the left stick (horizontal) for steering (torque, as you're in DST) and the right stick (horizontal) for rider lean left/right ?

It seems that when you are in gear (1st) you can move the steering (0m26s-33s in the video). That was what I would expect, but I cannot do the same: for me as soon as the 1st gear goes in, steer flops to right and then I can't move it.

Yes the left stick is for steering, left and right, moving the stick up is clutch, down is rear brake. I was using auto clutch so I wouldn't stall the bike.  The right stick is for rider movement forward and back, left and right.

With DST if I put it in gear the handle bars will turn to one side, if I move the left stick in opposite direction the handle bars will turn to the other side. But keeping the handle bars straight when not moving is virtually impossible when the bike is in gear. Once the bike starts moving they will center up. Then I can steer left and right, pushing the stick left and right. Just during a high angle tum I'll have to counter steer the opposite direction.

The biggest thing I've noticed over the year or two with DST, is when turning. (Besides counter steering) When going in to a turn I turn, then easy up on the left stick so it goes back to center, not all the way, and move my riders body to the direction I want to turn. Once I get the lean angle the bike will stay if it doesn't low slide out. Then I am using the riders weight to help in the turn, and have to counter steer if needed.

Where as default steering if you go left you're constantly pushing in my case the left stick left, until you're done with the turn.
