I don't really know what to do anymore. I am getting a core.exe every lap or 2. So this game is literally useless to me. I really love the game but at this stage I don't really care if another company or someone else comes along and does it better than piboso. I just want to play a properly working game that I can enjoy. I really do hope that IOM TT game will be very good and/or that someone else really invests into making a proper bike sim.

Waiting another 8 months for changes to lap timings and name tags, and pink tyre smoke is not worth it anymore for me. And I know not everyone is getting the same core.exe crashes as everyone else, but to have a WORKING product is quite vital when trying to make money of it.

Seems like Nvidia Control Panel settings was not the culprit. GPBikes def going to be put away now for a while. Can't get around track before core.exe :/

I think I have found the culprit and probably something I should've left alone from the beginning. It seems like its my Geforce Applications settings for GPBikes that I tried to over-ride in order to seek better GFX. I deleted core.exe entry in my Geforce Control Panel and it now seems to be fine.

Sometimes the photos you guys post look better than what my game looks :/. So thought I would give that a try.

I'd like to have the best possible settings for GPBikes, as I like having my games look very pretty and shiny. Apart from the shadows and reflections and texture lines I can put into the .ini folder. Is there anything else I can do?

I have been getting constant core.exe's with no mods, re-installed, CCleaner, deleting everything and installing again. I don't know what to do anymore. It's never been this bad. I ride offline with nothing but the standard bikes and Victoria circuit and core.exe everytime without even finishing one lap.

Can anyone suggest something else I might be able to do?

I really love your effort you put into your videos, and really love the intro video .

The bike looks really nice. Can't wait to try it out .

Btw, do you sell you systems? It just looks like so much fun and something I would maybe be interested in.

dareaper, a ghost is the computers 3D exact replay of your last lap, or fastest lap. There is NO artificial intelligence as the computer is not THINKING and then controlling a bike and rider, it is doing a 3D replay thats all.

I know. I am just pointing out to Hawk that a ghost is not AI. Ofcourse I know what a ghost is.

BTW Hawky, if you have AI as an option you dont HAVE to use it bro!!! lol

It is an option, same as eating a shit sandwich, you dont have to if you dont want to.

That is a very good point DD.... and if I was thinking commercially then yes I would definitely include AI(as an optional gimmick) to get more sales.... Just makes me sad that a large majority of the market still want AI controlled objects in their games/sims when it isn't really up to the task it's being asked to do. Just give me one game or sim were you can argue against that point and you may start to turn me around..... In the meantime I'll take a bite of that shit sandwhich and beat the crap out of some dumb AI crims in Batman. Love that game! Hehe

Hawk.... but is a "ghost" of yourself actually an AI? I'm not 100% sure it can be classified as AI. I think the majority of people here don't want bots, but atleast a representation of your/or someone else's fastest lap to improve.

When it was first mentioned that my ping was a problem it was the 5th or so race that I had done with you guys, with no-one ever having a problem. When it was mentioned, it was also mentioned that max ping must be 200+-. I would never reach that, so did not bother to race again as I don't want to have issues with anyone.

They are from what I gathered the biggest group of Sim Enthusiasts in SA. I spoke to the owner and he likes the idea but has some concerns. The demo bike will also not help much.

I agree 100%. I am scared that the stability help would push the game towards the arcady side. What I meant was just that if the physics can mimic what we saw in DD's videos without Stability -20% +-(theoretical), with an adjustment to physics in GPBikes I think that would be a great balance. In other words  -  GPBike in MXBikes with 0% - 20% = -20% stability would be good balance. If that makes sense . (20% only used as a random/rough figure)

I really enjoyed your video DD. The bike does seem a lot more stable. Even without stability help it was really smooth. I think if the bike can be a little more "unstable" than the bike with no stability that would be a good place between smoothness and reality.

In terms of the helper. I would love it. I am not playing in any online event anymore as I don't want to hear again that my ping is the cause of someone elses wrong move. I live in a country far away from you guys so it will be impossible for me to ever play with you guys, regardless of my connection. Hopefully Piboso would realize the need for this in GPBikes aswell, as I can't see why it shouldn't be in if it is in MXBikes? Does not make sense AT ALL. Hope to see this in GPBikes, so that I can atleast race against something again.

Changed the extension name, and voila, it works.

Ah I see. Personally I renamed .pkz to .zip and unzipped down 2 levels until you have the two separate bike folders (not compressed) then pop them in the bikes folder. I don't like change lol.

All the Mod bikes go here in the "Bikes "folder. If you don't have it, make it.

C:\GPBikes_8\gpbikes\Bikes

(Your path may differ, the default is something like C:\Programfiles(x86)\GPBikes\gpbikes\Bikes - but it is the bikes folder that is the important one).

Mmmm hehe I know that. But asking the exact dir of this mod. Reason why I ask is because the downloaded folder is 2 .pkz folders. Not the same as any other mod I have downloaded and installed.

At the start there was to do in front of me flying ... impossible for me to understand his position, I preferred the retreat. 

Really black?!?! I have done the past few events with no-one complaining about my ping(Even though its high and I can't help it. I am the only one from South Africa playing this), even you have not complained?!?

So in other words you are suggesting that this be my last event in GPBikes in total? Sorry but you are arrogant and have a rotten attitude. You crashed, and quit. The race was not over for you. Everyone crashed. Everyone had to wait for people to pass them, you are selfish. There has actually been mentioned that you must respect the people who organize it and respect that they have used their time to make this event happen, but I guess you Black are above that criteria .

I watched the video of the replay at Spa, and honestly even with my ping @ 300, it does not look like I jump around or interfere to an extent where it is a major problem.
