Can you please write clearly what you mean by "metas own software" How did you connect to PC? Link cable or wifi? And what program in meta please?

The normal oculus software, both WiFi and usb worked for me. Just not starting gpbikes in steamvr mode, but oculus mode. I don't have the q3 at home now, but I'll test again when I do.

Ok thats some of the info I need, but what programs for quest? linked and wifi as I use both to stream live from headset and then for Virtual desktop, what openxr runtime to use? Sorry for asking so much but I tried everything even in oculus mode and dint work.

My quest 3 worked fine without warping through metas own software. Any software that goes through steam does not work well though.
Strange and a shame, it's a nice headset!

I think the WRS people would disagree with you
GPB is the most niche title with the (by faaaar) smallest player base. I'm glad we get updates at all!

NO.........Quest 3 wont work without warping at all. This is the problem. I am praying Windows dont update to 2024 H2  but if it does its a pain to rollback to 23H2 without screwing something up.

GPB has been in beeta since I joined in 2010, that 15 dang years dude!!! Pibs has put every other game infront of GPB. It needs fixing quick or quest users wont buy GPB if they want VR!!!

I have a lot of things I need to talk to Pibs about for GPB future and could help him but never get a reply!!!

I try but just get ignored so not a professional look.

Quest3 works just fine used with the native software right? I only had issues with virtual desktop and steam link.

I see what you mean of course, and an update to support all newer headsets would be nice. I'm sure Pibs will get on it when he finds the time. After all, the software is still in beta.
