This is a super noob question but how do I get downloaded bikes and tracks into the game??? Thanks.

Look in the bike thread, there is another thread called bikemod revive, There, at the first post, is a link for mega download, right clic on the bikemod and download.
To have the bikes in game go to read the unofficial guide in this forum:)
