The bike is a rocket ship. I had a bad weekend and was in a lot of pain and hard to concentrate but wanted to get a video out to you guys. I am throwing pain killers down my throat and hope to get a far better video to you this week.

Thanks for the suit and helmet, took me a while to find them again lol, forgot helmet brand..........brainfart time lol

Just the suit is mine, the model 3d of this helmet has a problem on the visor, for this I prefer using Melandri (and also because I'm Italian ...) with the Nolan helmet  :)

Vini

Here is the same lap again but with a non-gyro tank cam.
In my opinion, it looks much better and faster.
What do you think about this camera?

@VIN: To be honest mate, I hate it. I mean would you really want to watch a race from that viewpoint? You cannot see anything except a distorted rider and tank model..... Sorry mate but doesn't do anything for me personally.  :)

No but I figured it's good for analyzing hotlaps because you can see the handlebar and the rider.

doubledragoncc

On most bikes the "RIDER" view in replay is best for fork wobble analysis I find.

True but you cannot see the track in that one.

doubledragoncc

True, I get carried away as I use 4 cam views to watch the bike lol.

WOW I actually managed to get on Mugello and practice a whopping 9 laps tonight!!! I just dont get a break lol. The new wire feeder for my welder was ALSO defective so been a frickin nightmare.

Well anywho here's a vid from the last 2 laps before I dumped it while thinkin about other shit and not ridin lol.

I think the rear wheel cam will be great during a race for videos?

Nice vid DD here my first test with the new M1  :P i like it but the bike has too much lean angle, and as we see in this video I had fear for touch the curbs.

Default setup but with TCS to 0 and AW to 0:

doubledragoncc

Nice vid bro.

How do you gus get just the bike on its own in the pitlane?

Hi folks,

So I was sittin in the boozer as its Friday and every 2 weeks I treat meself to a pint out of the confines of my flat, thinkin about what I should do for my next video. Well, theres a few things I have wanted to clear up about my control systems and why they are the way they are and also about bike games in general, so here it is, or rather, probably the first of a few!!!

I mean no insult to anyone, its a bit of fun, but with a serious side to it. Dont get all in a tizzy, I tend to bark more than I bite lol.

Well I hope you enjoy it anyway.

Great video DD, enjoyed it a lot!

I think you have a lot of very valid points, a lot of people think they are way smarter than they are, at least a lot of the Milestone bike game players and they think they know everything about bikes after playing those games. I know i play with a controller and say i can feel stuff, but i have never said anything about MotoGP as it is not a simulator in my opinion.

In GPB i feel stuff too, but i guess that is more or less what i see and how the bike react to my use of the controller and i guess it is more valid to say you feel something racing here, when you can actually work on those issues you "feel" by changing setup. I guess to be honest i don't really "feel" what the problem is here, but i know it. For example, if i see the front washes out under hard braking, i know what the problems could be and how to fix it, BUT, i don't know if it is because of too hard setup, too soft setup, weight balance or whatever it is, this i would be able to feel riding a real bike, but since this is on a screen, you will never be able to feel those problems and be able to point out exactly where the problems comes from but only figure it out by adding up the different issues you "feel" around a lap.

But yeah really enjoyed it, and i think you are absolutely right in pretty much all you say!

Give me a handlebar and i will show you that i can do same laps as with my controller lol (just need a few months practice maybe :P ) No i agree, i think it is easier to go faster with a gamepad than a handlebar system like yours and i am 100% sure that it makes it much more fun with your system!

Really looking forward for you next video, your commentating on the racing is great and this was a nice little video about motorbike simulation games, gamepads vs. handlebar systems and all the bike game fanboys who thinks they know everything! (luckily we are not having almost any of those here on the forum)

Keep it up bro! :)

Thanks Meyer.

It was not aimed at anyone here and I was kinda exaggerating it to make you guys laugh. Its all for fun bro hehe.
