- support for geometry that is laterally offset ( example: Panigale rear suspension )
- support for rear suspension geometry where the rocker - rod link is the upper one, and not the lower one ( example: Panigale rear suspension )
- added the possibility to disable the automatic update of the swingarm angle ( and then manually change it )
- added preload setting for testing
- added the possibility to change the swingarm pivot position for testing
- added the sag readings for testing

Updated the SPR Generator, too.

I have a problem with new BikeEd, the movement of the back suspension does not work.

You have to click the 'rear suspension update' check box
