Change Damping adjustment type

Some Forks and rear shocks have 'turns' as adjustments rather than clicks.

Giving this option instead would be cool, and add a little bit of realism/glitter to the suspension setups, although the accepted rule is 2 clicks equals 1 turn.

(The issue then becomes some turn alot and the damping clicks do not have enough adjustability: see
