Was thinking about some new dedicated server options.

In the .ini file could we have a field for region? Similar the way wind direct is done. So lets say 0 = North America, 1 = South America, 2 United Kingdom, 3 = Europe, 4 = North Africa, 5 = South Africa, and so on. This wouldn't effect anything but give the user on the server list a idea where the server is located.

Bike limit, since we don't have mechanical failures or damage modeling yet. What about adding a limit to the number of bikes you can spawn in. We have a tire limit that can be turned on already. This is up to the dedicated server host, if your doing a MotoGP type of event. You can set 2 bikes per rider. If a rider goes down, that is counted as 1 bike, simulated it being damaged from the crash. Where as if I am in a Moto3, Moto2 type event and I have a bike limit of 1. So if I crash I am done. This is not mandatory this is a server side option the host can choose to have on. If you do a low slide crash. You can have a chance to reset the bike and take it back to pits to be "fixed" while you can switch to bike number 2. Bike number 1 would have a brief cool down before you can ride it again. Now if you have a crash that the bike leaves the ground, or high sides. With the rider coming off or any kind of flip, the bike is consider wrecked.  That bike will be counted toward your bike limit. Kind of like a First Person Shooter with only have 1 life in a multiplayer game.

A Slightly more indepth feature would be each track has a starting line so you could do a calculation from the point the bike went down to where the starting line is. Since it is usually in front of pit lane. So I crash I have XX seconds before I spawn my second bike to the pits. This could be done with how long it would take doing xx kph/mph to get to the pits. Reflecting the time a scooter would go to take me back to the pits.

While doing test hosting a server I noticed you can have Rain, but on a track that never gets wet. So you get the rain animation but the track is always dry. I'd like to be able to get the rain look without the animation too. So I can set a server on a very over cast day but no rain. Right now if I set cloudy it still looks like a pretty good day. I know this is down to the track creator, but being able to have the rain sky box but with no rain animation could make it look like a cold crappy day. That has a lower visibility then a nice sunny day, or partly cloudy day.

Slight update to my suggestions from months ago. :)
