Correction - Idiots riding a motorcycle are dangerous! 

If riders want to race about on busy public roads then they reap what they sow in my opinion.... I've no sympathy for riders who put others in serious danger and give bikers a bad name.

They might be slightly raised paint lines. Like little speed bumps, to warn you of to slow down (the faster you're going, the harsher they feel)

We have them in the UK on the approach to steep turns and Roustabouts. Ours act like rumble strips.
