GTA V and bikes............You'll love it!!!

Okay so we have had the RIDE as a new bike game talked about as a PURE bike game, but what about other games that have bikes in them?

GTA is an iconic series when looked at for just what it is and its sale figures, but how each individual aspect rarely gets a comment! Time to change that, bike riding is the best all round feeling you can get. The physics are not real, as such, BUT, you will be pleasantly surprised how good it FEELS!

Swapping between RIDE and GTA V will show you, for a game that covers practically all types of transport and not just one, they put some thought into making the handling ON road very good, not like in the old GTA 4, its even better for response of control input than RIDE? WTF Im playing a shooting game but the bikes are dang good and when not just playing around and getting serious with the riding, it has SOOOOOOOOOOOO much more in feeling of immersion to it. I know we all love GPB for the racing side BUT I WANT  riding in an open world too and GTA 5 HITS the spot.

At 1080p 60FPS on high settings this looks so soooooooooooooo sweet, my laptop cant do ultra on this lol, but FUCK ME! how the hell can Milestone now say they have good graphics for a dedicated bike game when GTA 5 flattens their quality by years!

First person is just AWESOME!

I was a medical motorcycle courier for 7 years in London and the whole of Europe when I was young and had balls o steel lol, I love riding in traffic and the challenge that you dont get in a pure race simulation or game, no unknowns, no pedestrians walking in front of you, a taxi doing a u-turn, its a challenge I miss and GTA 5 brings it!

NOW................can I make my controller work with GTA 5? .........................OH FUCK would that be sweet and I had it working in GTA 4 so...................GOTTA do it. I am going to try and make a GTA 5 ONLY controller, part gamepad and whateva design I can come up with to make it SOFA useable.

Hope others of you get to try it, it is so worth it just to ride in GTA 5 without anything eles just for the amazing open world it gives you.

AND if you get knocked of by a taxi driver.....................NOW you can shoot the fucker!

Seriously Nick, GTA 5 shows Milestones physics up, and when you take into acount it includes damage!

To not try it just to ride in is a big miss. I want real world environment and its the ONLY game thats got it and oh how SWEET it is....................................

I got taken out many times in London by fuckin taxi drivers and asswipe cage drivers and had to stay calm, once with my helmet I lumped a taxi driver for doing a u-turn with no signals as he wrecked my bike and a lot of me too, got shit for it but it felt good, sorry but it did, cage drivers kill bikers. Back in the 80's the life expectancy of a courier was 3 months! All due to others not caring!

Yeh I'm seriously interested its a game I want anyway, sounds great. It was fun enough in gta4 and sleeping dogs so I can imagine if its improved it must be awesome. 
Do them cage drivers DD - no mercy.

Yep you can do that, just cycle through the "TV Shows" on your TV and you will eventually get to other plays, which you can watch as a spectator or as a spectator from a New TV Station with ticker. First found out about it by mistake when playing the PS3 version. Over a year and half ago.

Broke down and purchased through steam, glad I did though, first chance to roam around in first person I somehow triggered a response from the cops, hopped on a bike, and as I was taking off I used the "look back" button and got a rush of adrenaline as I saw the red and blue lights flashing and could hear the siren over my engine! Every chance I got to take a glance back behind me showed just how much the cops wanted to have a little talk with me about something I had done. What a thrill! Nothing beats missing cars by inches as you outrun LSPD at 90+mph on surface streets!! 




I'm hoping when I get some more time I can grab a cruiser and take a long ride through the map, just soaking in the beauty of the PC version. My CPU is a bottleneck on the game so I'll have to hunt down an upgrade to be able to crank up the graphics, but as it sits, even super mario pixelated as hell, it's still an awesome game!

I have it working in TDU 1 and 2 but got to tune it a bit more. Looking forward to the bikes in The Crew in November, but still tuning that too lol. I got soooo much to do lol
