Non even Tyre Profile

Are Non-even tyre profiles supported? If so how would this be implemented in the cfg.

(In GPB maths terms I believe this translates to different Torus' radii across the tyre)

Specifically the tyres I'm looking at have a relatively consistent center, but get steeper, and "fall off" the edges much quicker, becoming more of an 'semi- oval' shape in profile rather than a 'semi circle'

Is this possible, or will it ever be possible?
