Strange values in Varese .cfg file (front rebound)

@Piboso: the varese's .cfg file seems to contain some weird values in the front rebound section:

• setting3 and settings9 are identical
• in the other suspension parts of the file (and for other bikes too), the 1st value is monotonic and the 2nd is constant or monotonic. For the varese's front rebound none of the two is true.
