WIP and request help for reproduce a color

After i try

Green is 3c8d8e
Yellow is f0ec4d

These are the excact colors of the original picture.
The green looks spot on, the yellow could be a bit brighter imo, so you`ll have to choose something that suits your taste.

Surely I lose a step, if I put that color I get this, is no different?

Have you checked your opacity and fill settings? Just thinking you may have left opacity or fill at 70 or 80%?

I checked both have 100, maybe i have some strange settings on PS? (with the colors i suck  )

Maybe the difference is that on my bike i used a shadow layer on top to give everything a bit more depth...

It looks almost exactly the same as the original color on the picture. Is your monitor calibrated correctly?

Try increasing the brightness to 25 and the contrast to 35 on your layer, see the difference?

Brightness +25 and the contrast +35 on my layer  and no difference with your picture

Creating a copy of the layer and placing it in multiply, the result seems identical to yours, you say? (Maybe just a little darker)

Multiplying a layer will only make it darker, why do that?

Other than that i`d say they look pretty similar. Have you tried the brightness & contrast adjustment?

Because if I do not, the shadows are too light, (template problem) i adjusted a little with the contrast and brightness, for the moment are here:

Thx Nick and Matty The base color (not yet final) I changed it because the real bike is the grayish, as you can see from this photo:
