finpower you need the OLD GP15, it is the only MotoGP the server excepts until it is updated with the bike mod.

Go to the bike database and get the GP15 http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=2626.0

Hi. I'm new to this online community, but I've been playing gpbikes single player for a while now.
Just wanted to check about this owners club. From what I've read, anyone can be a member by just turning up to a race? When are races held normally? I work till 19.00 UK time on Sundays so hopefully they're after that. Also, when are races announced, is it on this post?
Thanks!

Hi John. Normally races take place sunday evenings at 20 uk time, so should be possible for you to take part :)
Races will be planned here on the owners club and will be anounced in a new thread under the owners club with details about track, class, when, where, rules etc. And that will be where you sign up.

Welcome!

Great! Thanks for your help, I'll be sure to keep an eye out on the forum for the next race :D

Napalm Nick

Yes Welcome John look forward to seeing you in the races.

Take a browse through the Owners Club section in the racing thread so you can see how it is done. http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?board=38.0

In particular I would say this bit http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=2332.0 - you have a responsibility to all the regular riders to study and understand the rules, ethos and (especially) how to start a race. There are enough bugs in the game to put up with without people constantly jump starting etc.

Everything here is for fun but the races are run seriously to keep a certain standard.

Any questions just ask I am sure someone will help. Seriously though its all about trying to get some fun out of this game. so don't let this scare you off lol

And yes Sunday races are at 21:00 CET which is usually an hour after UK time (ie: here the event starts officially at 20:00GMT)

Sorry to be the Nanny but its my job  ;D

I probably won't speak on the server but I am looking out for your safety.

John545

Thanks for those links, I'll read through all of that before I take part in a race. Unfortunately my shift has been changed this Sunday so I'll be working till 20.00. So if there is a race this weekend I won't be able to take part, but it's rare that this happens, so I shouldn't have a problem most weeks.

doubledragoncc

Is the server updated to the latest bikemod?
I stopped gaming (and GP-Bikes)

Hawk

Has anyone tried the new Kerbs yet on the latest Snetterton 300 track? I only did one kerb(Outer kerb on the 3rd "Palmer"corner exit) as a test to see if bikes could use the kerbs better.  ;)

Let me know how you get on with it guys.  ;)

Hawk.
