So... what about transforming CBR250R to CBR300R and add also another bikes? (Yamaha YZF-R3, KTM RC390, Kawasaki Ninja 300)

The intention to have a lower 250/300 class was known for a couple of years.
Maybe we see some race replicas in dealerships?

And we probably see riders who were not good enough for the Red Bull Rookies/Moto3.
