Anyone know how to get rid of the brake squeal sound?

for the bike open sfx.cfg (backup file first)

   scl = brake.scl
   min_distance = 1
   max_rps = 35
}

could try making the min_distance very small or possibly remove the 'scl=' entry or the possibly the entire block

I'd put max_rps at something very low (maybe even zero).
As an alternative you can edit brake.scl and mute all samples.

Also you can create a folder

gpbikes/effects/sounds/

And put there some .wav  death metal songs   , named:

brakes_high
brakes_low
