dedicated server chat

The dedicated server chat is a nice feature but only partly useful.

I can write a message like 'server restart in 2 minutes' but I can't see the reaction of the players. (maybe it's just a bad moment for a restart)
It would be very helpful to see the chat window at the dedicated server too especially for championship races.
