Quote from: HornetMaX on January 06, 2014, 11:39:25 PMA couple of questions: the (first) ones that provide a correct reply wins a free copy of GPB+WRS (demo version only). In Settings, Input 2 tab: what is "Dash" for ?In Settings, Misc tab: what is "Help" (On, Min, Off) for ?I've also put close to nothing in the Settings / Simulation / Freelook part: if you have any info ...MaX.I thought that the "Help" button was to turn on the visible starting point on as to where you should be on starting gridP.S.Piboso can participate too, but he will gently forfeit the prize
Quote from: neoraptor on January 07, 2014, 06:01:26 PMAs for Freelook, it is intended to change the view according to the moves of your body (mainly face). In GPB, you have 3 options :* 1 for using the mouse to control the view* 1 for using your head (with FreeTrack (http://www.free-track.net/english/) >> http://forum.piboso.com/index.php?topic=159.msg871#msg871)
Quote from: Ian on January 07, 2014, 07:11:11 PMHelp on gives you a red arrow above your grid position in a race and help hints in the setting pages. When starting a race and the sighting lap and warmup lap are active in the event info page you will see a red arrow above your grid position so you no where to start. This caught me out the first time I stalled the bike on the grid forgetting to put the bike in neutral
Quote from: Ian on January 07, 2014, 07:37:24 PMGreat work on your guide good detail one thing to mention 188.8.131.52 Settings/Input 2 tab: Controls / View / GesturesControls: Low Speed: two buttons to have the rider "walk" the bike (forward and backward on the grid when forming up on a sighting and warmup lap). I suggest you do a race start and you will see for yourself I will do some screenshots next time I race. This will catch people out every time on there first race start
