Download error ??

I have not played GP bikes in years. I just went to reinstall it and the download said it had a virus and was deleted immediately??  Is there a problem? I also had to resign up for the forum again? Is the game still active?

The installer sometimes reports as a false positive with some Virus scanners. It certainly isn't a Virus so there is nothing to worry about. (Assuming that you downloaded it from the Piboso website that is)

I have downloaded it a few times now and got the same virus message and it was automatically deleted. I tried off these links.

Just turn your antivirus off when you dowload it and install it.....its a safe file just your antivirus settings

Use the Caws Mirror (I host that one so I know it is  100% safe, Not to say Swarley's isn't safe, I can just guarantee the CAWS Link)

Your anti-virus may be deleting it as it comes from a non-HTTPS site. So like DD said, pause your anti-virus and then download and install the game.

Just out of interest, Which anti-virus do you use??

I use the Swarley one, as my internet seems to download it quicker than any others for some reason. I've had no issues with it, antivirus on or off.

I don't host it, so I can't guarantee if its 100%, (In other words I'm not responsible if your experience is different), but AVAST hasn't picked anything up for me
