Is this game still active?

I enjoy the demo but I'm converned about how active the multiplayer may or may not be. Is it easy to find active servers to race or is it more of a hotlapper? I looked for but couldn't find any information on their refund policy and when I asked Piboso I was ignored. Would any community members happen to know if refunds are offered if we're not happy with the game?

Active but not always there are people in servers. There are few championchips going on so you may race in there with 10+ poeple. Or sometimes we orginise "meetings" in testing day session.
