core.exe problem

today i got a problem starting gpbikes. i press to open the game>black screen and then a message pops up with core.exe has stop working. i reboot, re-installed but nothing happens. this is the info it gives me when it crashes. please point me somewhere fast or else i must format something i will try to avoid if possible.
